Each area is split into four threads (eg Effort is split into focus, task completion, problem solving and organisation). Behaviour area has also been developed as a prezi presentation (see link) Within each thread there is a statement for each level (0-4) which enables dialogue about how to improve in specific areas of difficulty (rather than 'I need to do better/work harder') and can be used as a self assessment and target development tool.
